A Queen Honey Bee can store enough sperm to fertilize all of her eggs for the next 3-5 years.
Lifespan- After fluttering around the hive to mate, the queen honey bee stops fluttering. She will lose her capacity to mate forever if she does not mate within 20 days. After mating with the Queen Honey Bee, male honey bees die instantly
